It is determined by the total head from the water level, the discharge you need and the daily hours of usable sunlight, not by land area alone. Share your borewell depth, static water level and crop and we will size it.

Yes, under PM-KUSUM and State programmes through the designated nodal agency. Capacity caps, beneficiary contribution and timelines vary by State and are announced by the agency.
Will it work in the monsoon?
Output falls on heavily overcast days, which is usually when irrigation demand is lowest. Where a continuous supply is required, a hybrid or grid-backed configuration is specified.
